The TRANSALP is a towing-sled platform system that can be configured in many different ways. Thanks to its large payload capacity and its modular construction, the TRANSALP towing sled is a very flexible system for over snow transportation.

The Transalp is a solid trailer on skis, with a modular platform which can be setup in different configurations. The steel frame is coated with epoxy paint over a rustproofing base, the cargo platform is lined with a durable anti-skid diamond-plate alu layer. The frame comes already with fixing points for different set-up, light reflectors on each side, plus a 2” receiver tube on the tail for various purposes.
The large “Pro-Glide” steel skis are lined with a low friction polymer layer which prevent the snow adherence, and with carbide runners to stay on course in icy conditions. The ski suspensions are independent, featuring a comfortable polymer spring with progressive force on each of the skis.
The hooking system with automotive 50mm ball-hitch coupler, is mounted on the unique Swing-Drawbar system, which makes the snowmobile swaying fully independent from the trailer swaying. A certified safety belt is connected to the snowmobile’s pintle hitch for the maximum safety.

Thanks to its large payload capacity (918 kgs. in the MATERIAL 3-ski configuration) and its modular construction, the TRANSALP towing sled is a very flexible system transportation and can be configured as:
| BUS | in the versions for 6 or 9 passengers, with R.O.P.S. and comfortable foam-seats, safety belts and luggage rack |
| MATERIAL | with perimeter rails (150 mm./5.90″ height) to contain and fasten any cargo, or without side rails, for wide cargoes exceeding the platform size, or any other customization |
| SKI SCHOOL | expressely designed for ski schools, snow parks, ski areas, etc. with special fitting |
| DOS | Oversnow Shuttle for Disabled people, equipped to carry and fasten 1 person on wheelchair plus 3 persons in the front. The cargo platform is provided with a reclining ramp made of anti-skid aluminum, and special fasteners / belts to fasten the wheelchair to the floor |

WARNING: the Transalp is specially designed and tested for use with Sherpa and Superclass models only and cannot be towed by other vehicles.

TRANSALP BUS
For people transportation the Transalp BUS is available in 6 and 9 seat (or 6+3) versions, where the 6 seat comes with 2 skis and the 9 seat (or 6+3) comes with 3 skis. The comfortable padded seats with safety belts are mounted in rows of 3 seats, and each row is protected by a roll-over bar. Thanks to a unique feature the seat rows can be easily removed in 5 minutes, converting the Transalp into a cargo platform for materials.
Material
TRANSALP MATERIAL
For materials transportation, the setup includes perimetric rails to contain and fasten the cargo, and is available with 2 or 3 skis according to the desired payload. The perimetric rails are removable to obtain a flatbed suitable for shelters, containers and extra-large cargo.
Ski school
TRANSALP SKI SCHOOL
The TRANSALP SKI SCHOOL is a bus trailer espressely designed for ski schools, snow-parks, ski resorts, hutten, etc. It differs from the standard TRANSALP BUS in the pleasant plastic fittings with illustrations and logos and it is available with the standard fitting “ALPINALM Skischule – Scuola sci” as shown on the image. Anyway, it can be supplied on request with the mascot/logo and name of the ski area/ski school, etc. Also available on request a transparent wind-protection kit, including windscreen and hard-top, and/or the 10-pair ski-rack.
DOS
TRANSALP DOS (Disabled Oversnow Shuttle)
It’s a towing sled with 2 skis and a large cargo platform with anti-skid diamond plate aluminum floor. Equipped to carry and fasten 1 person on wheelchair, plus 3 persons in the front. The cargo platform is provided with a reclining ramp made of anti-skid aluminum, and special fasteners / belts to fasten the wheelchair to the floor. The Transalp DOS has standard transparent windshield and roof, as well as soft roll-up walls. The wide ski stance and the special ski design guarantee an extreme stability and comfort. When not used to transport a wheelchair, the Transalp DOS can be fit with a second seats-bar, and transport in total 6 persons. The Transalp DOS has been delivered in several units also to the Olympic Committee of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games of Sochi (Russia).
